Everyone needs their own space

intro

Why we need this?

Storage has been a real issue for a lot of farmers in India, forcing them to sell out their stock at low prices and suffer losses. Hence, These farmers may greatly benefit from real-time monitoring of silos where they can store up and feed bins by freeing-up time for other crucial tasks, while arming managers with the information needed to make precise, data-driven decisions. The main objective of AFSs is to create an AI-driven storage system wherein farmers can get real time access to the stock level of food grains held with them along with eliminating the process of physical visual inspections.

Main Idea

By deploying advanced Silo level monitoring solutions with bluetooth interconnectivity, process managers can all but erase the margin for error associated with visual inspections. Furthermore, because sensors reduce reliance on visual inspections, workers no longer need to put themselves at risk by climbing high silos to inspect the contents from above. They can gain a precise understanding of grain fill levels in multiple silos and feed bins simultaneously, and access real-time data from remote locations. In fact, these specialized sensors are highly sensitive to various process conditions (humidity, temperature, etc.). Likewise, ultrasound sensors offer a fairly accurate measurement of container volume by assessing the time taken for ultrasonic signals to reverberate back to the sensor.

Why us

Improved staff safety. No need to climb these silos, reduces exposure to dangerous goods

Improved planning and optimized stock replenishment

Cutting operational costs, minimizing manual level inspections

Eliminate unrealistic approximations
